Decision Analytics Associate Consultant/HEOR

Hobson Prior are looking for a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant/HEOR to join a world-wide professional services organisation who are focused on developing and delivering products that drive customer value and company results. You will join them on a permanent basis in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems.

Produce and communicate results to clients and internal teams through oral and written presentations.

Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects.

Provide client and internal teams project status updates.

Create project deliverables and implement solutions as required.

Develop problem solving skills and improve business capabilities.

Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

Excellent oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers.

Requirements:

Educated to a degree level with a focus in healthcare, life sciences or related field, specialising in any of the areas within health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) would be desirable.

At least 3 years of relevant experience- A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience.

Experience in any of the following areas:

• Health Economics
• Patient Reported Outcomes
• Health Outcomes
• Value Communications

You will have a history of publications in Patient Reported Outcomes or Health Economics and Outcomes Research. You will have a minimum of 2 manuscripts and/or conference presentations.
