HR Generalist - Netherlands

For one of Planet Pharma’s clients we have a new opportunity for an HR Generalist to work for a leading Life Sciences organisation in the Netherlands.

Working as a HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a manufacturing plant with wide ranging personnel in a matrix environment. This opportunity would suit an HR professional with good knowledge of local employment law and business practice to support a fast-moving organisation.

The position is offered through a contract of employment and office based in Groningen, Netherlands and with competitive compensation and benefits on offer.

Responsibilities to include:

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise

- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

- Undertake tasks around performance management

- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics

- Maintain employee files

- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly

- Ensure compliance with labour regulations

To be eligible for consideration candidates must have:

- Degree Educated with HR Specialism

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the Netherlands working in a Laboratory or Manufacturing environment, ideally within a Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical organisation

- Team player with advanced communication skills also required

- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and fluent in English and Dutch
