Our clients are an international healthcare organization who boast success of 70 drug approvals since their formation. They are proud of their specialized teams who manage every step of the new product development - from the initial idea to market approval.

The core competencies include the pharmaceutical and clinical development, the conception of the study designs and the study implementation, and finally the entire product approval or certification. 

The focus is always on high data quality, which makes it possible to act as flexibly as possible even in a highly regulated environment. In order to significantly shorten development times and to be able to bring innovations to market even faster than other competitors, traditional development approaches are questioned and optimized on a daily basis.

What they are looking for:

• Experience working on the identification of new indications
• Experience designing the clinical development program
• Experience in preparing study applications & implementation of clinical studies
• Experience in developing strategies
• Experience overseeing study logistics, monitoring and data management

Qualifications:

• You come from a start-up envrioment (pharma, biotech orCRO)
• Life Science Degree or above
• Previous experience as a Director of Clinical Development
