Job Details

Jonathan Cunliffe is supporting a Global Biotechnology based in Germany in the search of a Research Bioinformatician with multi-omics analysis experience to join a growing scientific team.

Accountable For:

  • Analysing & implementing multi-omics data analysis, developing tools and contribute to the drug discovery process.
  • Define standardised data collection and wrangling pipelines from a variety of experimental assays.
  • Support target/biomarker identification and stratification of patients.
  • Close collaboration with cross functional project teams over multiple research programs.
  • Develop the data integration workflow for the company platform.

Requirements:

  • Degree (ideally MSc or PhD) in Bioinformatics, computer science or related field.
  • Have experience working with multi-omics datav analysis.
  • Experience with R packages like Bioconductor, limma, EdgeR, DESeq2, WGCNA.
  • Computational background.
  • Experience with software development methodology.
