Hobson Prior are currently seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Manager to join a leading Pharmaceuticals company on a contract basis in Basel. As a Digital Solutions Manager, you will be a key member of an agile team focused on digital technologies that facilitate the exchange of health information in a patient-centric manner.


Job Responsibilities:

Working closely alongside specialists internally to identify key success factors for the disease prevention program.

Developing hypothesis on how to lead in disease prevention.

Managing and engaging with external companies to perform a landscape analysis of competition and white spaces to develop an opportunity.

Providing subject matter expertise, advice, recommendations and input on industry trends and digital technology tools on the market that could be partnered with to deliver disease prevention programs.

Creating an MVP for the technology solution.

Producing a business case proposal for senior management. Creating the proposal in full, driving and managing reviews and other required activities to support its creation.

Key Skills:

Proficient at creating and writing compelling business presentations.

Ability to see a complex problem from a strategic level with strong conceptual thinking that balances user needs, business goals, and clinical insights.

Capability to communicate a clear vision for the team.

Able to use journey maps, user flows, and system diagrams to think and communicate ideas that impact the end-to-end participant experience.

Can work independently and has the ability to prioritise effectively.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with change.

Requirements:

Advanced degree in data science or a related scientific subject.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing complex, cross functional digital technology and innovation projects. This experience being in healthcare/pharma would be beneficial.

Knowledge of innovative digital technologies and demonstrable evidence in applying these to Healthcare/pharma projects is advantageous.

Prior experience working in drug development and/or clinical trials is considered a strength.

Proven experience in strategic program management, preferably in deploying consumer facing digital technologies that require behavioural modification.

Experienced at driving the design process through ideation, concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
