Hobson Prior are in search for a Change and Communication Manager - HR People Solutions to work remotely in Europe for a world-wide, research and development-driven pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the Change and Communications strategy and delivery within the organisation's defined project scope in the EU, supporting multiple countries and transition waves for the new HR Operating Model.
  • Co-operating, developing and delivering the Change and Communications approach with input from multiple stakeholders and system implementation projects teams to provide a holistic overview and approach tailored for the EU transition.
  • Assess, develop and implement change management strategies and plans that include assessing the organization's readiness for change, minimizing employee resistance and business disruption, maximizing employee engagement, and driving faster adoption of the changes impacting employees across the organisation globally.

  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing change in a complex, matrixed organization, covering multiple geographies, language groups, and business models.
  • Strong HR background with experience in multi-country/language deployments or transformations, and experience with European Works Councils/Local Unions
  • A solid understanding of how people experience change and the psychology of change.
  • Expert knowledge in change management principles and methodologies.
  • Complex project and change management expertise with a proven record of success.
  • Demonstrate capabilities for deploying day-to-day practical change management tactics.
  • Preferred experience and knowledge in shared service transformation.
