Medical Director – Biotechnology – Clinical Development

We have a hugely exciting opportunity as a Medical Director / Senior Medical Director at a cutting edge biotech with a diverse pipeline from early to phase 3. The company are looking for an experienced Clinical Development professional to lead the strategy (No CMO) and implementation of the clinical development plan for the whole pipeline. This is a fantastic move for someone who is keen to enter into an innovative fast moving company with a pipeline with huge potential.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the other cross functional areas of the company to plan and deliver on time

Building relationships and maintaining interaction with senior expert and key opinion leaders to validate and study designs and product strategies

Lead development of clinical development strategies and documentation including clinical development plans, study synopses and protocols

Involvement in CRO bid defence meetings, negotiations, PI and site selections etc.

Monitor and evaluate safety and efficacy information

Involvement in key interactions with regulators

Involvement in scientific communications (publications, posters etc.)

Requirements

Medical Degree

Experience with varied clinical trials phase 1-3. Study planning and delivery
