Corporate Affairs Manager - CEETII (Central, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Israel and India) - West London

Reporting to the Cluster's Corporate Affairs Lead, you will be tasked with implementing the CA plans set for the Cluster. The position plays a pivotal role within the local & regional organization, adding fundamentally to the success of the current portfolio and product pipeline across all therapeutic areas.

This position may require international travel (up to 25%).

Main responsibilities:

*Support the development of the CA strategy and drive the implementation of tactical plan. Strategic input to be provided in the areas of corporate reputation, product communications, patient advocacy relations and employee engagement.
*Build the Company's corporate reputation.
*Working with local communicators to support the top priority product launches.
*Develop communications to lay the foundations / shape the market access environment (e.g. regulatory milestones) for forthcoming launches (e.g. disease awareness, third party engagement, education etc).
*Support Cluster markets in the execution of their digital strategies.
*Work closely with the Market Access, Government Affairs & Advocacy Team in implementing integrated external engagement plans targeted towards patient advocacy organizations, media, and other relevant groups (eg, trade associations, HTA).
*Facilitate the inclusion of the patient and caregiver voice among cross-functional international and/or Cluster projects (e.g. access, medical affairs, employee engagement).
*Input in the development and support the implementation of an internal employee engagement communications plan.

Education and Skills:

*Previous experience in positions of CA responsibility
*Pharmaceutical / biopharma / healthcare sector experience preferred
*Strong digital channel capability
*Good understanding of the healthcare and political environment in CEETII Cluster preferred
*Experience in working for large global organization (preferably in house), and strong ability to collaborate across the matrix with access, regulatory, medical and legal teams across the market
