Job Overview:
Drug Development Partnership Solutions is an experienced partnering team acting as the voice of our most important client across the drug development continuum. Its goal is to deliver best in class service, innovative and tailored solutions and seamless study delivery oversight through proactive planning and focused partnership strategy development and execution.

This role will act as the Drug Development Partnership expert and consultant providing analytical reviews of strategic and growth accounts across Drug Development.

Its goal is to support the Drug Development Partnership Solutions organization in building, tracking, analyzing and reporting operational delivery oversight models including messaging and metrics.

Incumbent will interact with business leaders to influence, partner and align on needs, expectations, communication flow/execution, metrics and reporting.

This role will be responsible to create and drive partnership communication strategies coordinating with all other key work streams and stakeholders

Partner with the Drug Development Partnership Solution Director(s) to drive meeting cadence, agendas, oversee reporting and progress updates, drive continuous improvement for processes, internal team tools, and process development enabling consistency and effective communication across functions.

This role will design client specific tools, documents and processes in conjunction with key stakeholders and Drug Development Partnership Solutions Directors to ensure comprehensive implementation of customer tailored governance models.

It is also expected to work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to drive appropriate communication pathways and advocacy within respective organizations and to support growth efforts as needed.

  • Responsible for providing direct consultation and expertise to develop a scalable approach of managing and overseeing dependable deliveries.
  • Design and support tools, processes, and strategies employed by the Drug Development Partnership Solution group to ensure effective coordination across the portfolio of different partnerships and customize when/if appropriate.
  • Drive internal collaboration with the Drug Development Partnership Solutions group to understand the overall environment and needs in terms of delivery oversight in order to develop effective approaches to delivery and success measurements.
  • Manage customer and/or department dashboards, updates and processes that support reporting measures of strategic initiatives as well as organizational status.
  • Establish internal process to identify and implement functional best practices across department based on success stories and lesson learned.
  • Lead and/or support strategic operational initiatives to improve current delivery and track progress.
  • Responsible for coordinating the delivery Corporate initiatives related to operational oversight and business performance tracking.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define desired key performance indicators
  • Create and maintain process for account based performance metrics and consolidation at enterprise level
  • Support strategic needs of Drug Development Partnership Solutions teams in partnership positioning, overall strategy development and new and consistent value messaging.
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree -Life Sciences and or Business Management
Experience:
  • 8 years' relevant industry experience (CRO/Pharmaceutical); or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead strategic initiative across different groups and stakeholders to enhance the Drug Development delivery oversight model
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Drug Development continuum knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS SharePoint.
  • Proven track record of oversight planning, tracking including documentation and communication
  • Proven track record in operational delivery and support of issue escalation/resolution
