We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our fantastic team based in Sydney!



 

Why the role is for you:

  • Permanent position with Line Management exposure within the Clinical Operations team
  • Oversight professional development, performance appraisals, and employee counselling for staff
  • Assist in recruiting new staff, including participation in interview process and new hire on boarding
  • Participate in managing the resource availability for the ANZ region
  • Provide expert operational oversight and guidance to support prioritization of clinical operations activities

 

About you:

  • Degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior Line Management or Project Management experience is highly preferbale within a CRO/Pharma settings
  • Strong interest and passion in Line Management and People Development
  • Must be based in Sydney
  • Full Working Rights in Australia or New Zealand
