Able to work independently, part of a team and have a passion for the healthcare industry?Then IQVIA has the role for you!We are currently seeking a Marketing Services Coordinator to be a part of our Marketing Services Department in Sydney NSW.This role will report to the Marketing Services Manager and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer orders and fulfilment related to patient support programs, and communications to Healthcare professionals for prescription based pharmaceutical companies. This role works in close partnership with Marketing Services colleagues, Key Account Managers and OneKey, Privacy, Tech Services, Nuevo and Vivacity Health teams to support and assist clients with any program or communication requirement.Responsibilities include:
  • Under direct supervision, day to day management of ongoing programs in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and KPIs to achieve assigned revenue goal
  • Execution of client mailers, faxes and emails including data set up and mail merges
  • Preparation of client quotations and entry and tracking of opportunities in SFDC
  • Tracking of key metrics and monthly spend and reporting to client
  • Works closely with the KAM/client service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Internal collaboration across IQVIA offerings teams
  • Anticipate and address clients’ needs by proposing program and process improvements in conjunction with Team Leader and Marketing Services Manager
  • Develops strong relationships with Marketing Services colleagues and internal IQVIA teams
  • Monitors client satisfaction to maintain core revenue
  • Responsible for approx. 10 programs
  • Inbound and Outbound calls, cold calling where necessary
Successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (in a customer service or administrator role)
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Competent in Excel, accurate data handling and process driven
  • Marketing skills (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous Healthcare experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Is a team player and wants to support the team around them
  • Takes great satisfaction in their work, but also gets the need for a healthy work-life balance
  • Excellent communication skills in person, phone and email
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Is effective and efficient
