Our client is a highly regarded medical technology company with an innovative product offering. They have started to develop a foothold in the European CGM/Diabetes (Insulin) market and have exciting growth plans for the next few years.
The company are now looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to work covering their high potential Netherlands region.
In this role you will identify and develop key decision makers across the broad Health economy and favourably position their innovative & niche product to achieve your sales objectives.
As this will be a very autonomous role, you will need to have strong negotiation and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication capabilities. As you will be working closely with the relevant stakeholders you will need a clear understanding of the local dynamics across the Netherlands, relating to Insulin/Diabetes management and its drivers. The role would suit a driven and determined individual with a strong track record of commercial sales success across the Netherlands in a relevant market.
The ideal candidate would possess:
* 3-5 years of Diabetes/insulin device/CGM industry experience (ideal)
* Strong understanding of the healthcare structure in the Netherlands
* Good contacts within the industry across the Netherlands relevant to the CGM/Insulin marketplace
