Are you really part of an organisation that is doing it's very best to help your progression?
Do you currently know what you are working towards to get promoted?
Has your company stopped promotions all together due to the pandemic?
Is you salary even at the right level for all the hard working you are doing?
It is important to have a really good think about the above and establish where you are currently at in your career. I have spoken with a range of CRA's over the past few months and many have said that they feel as though they are not working towards anything in particular, they don't know what they need to do in order to advance within their organisation and worst of all, they don't have any support or guidance.
I am searching for CRA's level II and upwards who are are looking to progress further. A leading clinical organisation has asked me to assist with the expansion of their clinical teams and experienced CRA's are top of the list.
The ideal candidates will have 18 months independent monitoring experience and will have even been involved in the training and mentoring of more junior CRA's. You will have a clear line of support as well as a structured career path to guide you to your clinical aspirations.
It is also interesting to hear that many CRA's I have spoken with are being well under-paid and their salaries are really not up to current market level so this is also something I want to make people of aware of as you could be rewarded so much more for your efforts whilst being better positioned for career advancement.
