Senior Associate of Clinical Supplies

A leading pharmaceutical client is searching for a Senior Associate in charge of Clinical Supplies
to join their team by London. The company specialises in various therapy areas including oncology, neurology and gastroenterology, and employs several thousand across the globe.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate, with supervisory guidance, IMP packaging and labelling activities Work with the study team with guidance to interpret study requirements and provide feedback on study documentation (PCS, Protocol, CSR etc) Provide drug forecasts using forecasting tool Communicate project requirements to external vendors Develop and review project documentation Work with distributors and depots to ensure on-time shipment and delivery of clinical supplies Review and report on packaged supply inventories at depots Create final accountability reports and authorization of final disposition Actively contribute towards the development and implementation of process improvement,

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Demonstrated broad, global pharmaceutical industry experience with particular emphasis on clinical supply functions Excellent working knowledge of global regulations as they pertain to clinical supplies Proven ability to carry out technical work tasks, activities and initiatives as part of a clinical study team. Proven success in internal and external relationship management Proficiency in software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management)
