As a Hospital Business Manager at Sandoz UK, you will develop and implement a strategic and operational sales plan that supports the contract and off-contract supply of our medicines through the engagement of our key distribution and wholesale partners.

Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development in the designated accounts to reach commercial goals.
• Develop customer development strategy, dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, aligns on account objectives and executes.
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers. Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and challenges with respect to patients and identifying solutions that improve patient care. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
• Contribute to the mapping of external partners, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the CRM system.
• Business owner of the commercial and operational B2B relationship between Sandoz and key distribution partners of Sandoz Hospital supply portfolio.
• Key National Account On-Contract & strategically imperative Off-Contract account responsibility.
• Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts.
• Analyse market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors.

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
• 3 - 4 years relevant / Key account management experience.
• ABPI qualified.
• Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement.
• Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry

Desirable requirements:
• Sales experience in multinational companies.
• Team management experience would be advantageous.
