Job Details
I am currently seeking motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to work for a growing and well-established Biotech company.
Having HQ in the US and Sweden, the company is rapidly throughout Europe.
You will be supporting the commercial team in all their legal matters, agreements.
You are successful for this role if you have:
- At least 3-5 years' work experience as a corporate lawyer and / or business lawyer at a law firm.
- Relevant areas: General business law, company law, compliance, intellectual property law and contract law.
- Experience from companies in Life Science and / or biopharma companies is a strong desire
- Language: Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and oral.
Also good to know, they have partnered with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) to help investigate the plasma proteomic signatures of COVID-19 patients - helping people's life.
