Hobson Prior are looking for a Sales Manager to join a medical and pharmaceutical device company who are focused on developing, producing and marketing disinfectant and wound antiseptics for the global healthcare market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Competent product and service advice to hospital customers with a focus on the field of surgery.
  • Organisation and support of observation internships at the client.
  • You will continue to organise education events for doctors and operating room staff and participation in trade fairs and conferences.
  • Products for the operating room in the field of wound closure, hernia treatment and other interesting products for daily use in the operating room.
  • You will strengthen the organisations market position by acquiring new customers.
  • Budgetary responsibility in the sales territory.
  • Market and customer analysis.
  • Travel planning and budget monitoring.

Key Skills:

  • Great interest and demonstrated desire to discover new areas.
  • You are results oriented, motivated and enthusiastic.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in the hospital market and / or ideally experience in surgical disciplines.
  • Strong sense of communication.
  • Lots of style and confidence in French and good knowledge of German.
  • French mother tongue or bilingual would be an advantage.
  • Mastery of modern computer work tools.
