Scientific Professionals are looking for a Research Scientist in the Cambridge Area.

The successful person will form part of the Antibody Discovery Group.

Position: Research Scientist

Location: Cambridge

Salary: competitive

Employment type: 18M FTC

You will be working as part of the Antibody Discovery Group to generate a panel of antibodies. You will be working on multiple projects using in-house technology and get the chance to develop your single cell technology experience.

Role:

Work alongside other members of the Antibody Discovery team to generate antibodies
Contribute to the development of advanced microfluidics based single cell technology for monoclonal antibody discovery
Present results at internal meetings and to external partners
Support patent filings and scientific publications
Help with the training of more junior members of staff
Data analysis

Requirements:

PhD in Biology, Immunology or Computational Biology
Experience in single cell next generation sequencing
Experience in Python or R for data analysis
