This role can be home-based in Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to build the strategy and develop the client base within the areas of Oncology and Real World Evidence (RWE) almost acting as your own franchise in these therapy areas for an SME Clinical Research Organisation. Focused in phases II-III you will not be restricted by geographical territories.
This is a new position being created within the organisation to capitalise on what they have seen to be a growing area of demand. As well as developing the market strategy you will be extremely hands on and play a contributing role in winning new businesses. A hunter mindset is therefore needed to introduce the service offering to prospect clients. The organisation have an extremely flexible model that can be tailored to the individual needs of the client and their in depth focus on specific therapy areas allows them to be experts in their chosen fields.
Whilst in this position there will be no direct reports initially you will indirectly manage a team of specialists within science, operations and inside sales.
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
*Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through sales of studies within a CRO environment
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
