In this role, you will lead and manage the cross-functional global Clinical Team, to ensure delivery of all clinical program activities to agreed timelines, budget and quality.

Your responsibilities include;
• Manage the delivery of clinical development plans, study design synopses and clinical parts of regulatory documents
• Review study protocol, protocol amendments, study reports and project management plans
• Oversees the management of external service providers
• Resource forecasting and budget management responsibilities
• Manage timelines and monitor risks for clinical programs
• Ensure that all activities and deliverables are compliant with SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
You will need;
• Life science degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience of clinical drug development.
• Thorough knowledge of global strategic clinical development from all phases
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, budget and resource forecast and management
• Ability to select and manage external service providers.
• Experience with the development of global clinical development plans.
