Hobson Prior are working with a leading healthcare organisation who specialise in medical logistics for clinical trials. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for communication and contact with the client's customers and prospects.
Plan and execute shipment orders.
Provide customer specific reporting.
Develop customer relationships.
Receive and reply to enquiries via email, phones and throughout our internal IT system.
Monitor and track ongoing shipments, react to any deviations.
Communicate temperature results asap after delivery, check and note any deviations.
Build and maintain relationships with other company offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents and suppliers.
Be fluent in French, Dutch and English (other languages are benefit but not essential).
Strong organisational skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook and other IT programs.
Prior experience in the logistics sector.
