Pharmacometrician

We are currently working in close collaboration with a world leading organisation that are seeking a skilled Pharmacometrician to join their group.

This position is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of highly experienced scientists and contribute to a innovative pipeline of drugs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct modelling and simulation such as Population PK/PD modelling and analysis
• Develop the Pharmacometrics strategy for clinical development.
• Contribution to regulatory documents such as INDs and IBs.
• Perform clinical trial simulations to ensure dosing regimen and trial design is correct.
• Perform more complex modelling tasks including mechanstic models and quantitative systems pharmacology.
• Manage vendor oversight for modelling and simulation tasks.

Qualifications:

• Educated to PhD with relevant industry experience.
• Hands on experience with PK/PD and Population PK/PD modelling to drive development.
• Proficient using modelling and simulation software such as NONMEM, R, Phoenix WinNonlin etc.
• Strong understanding of regulatory documents and guidelines.
• Good clinical pharmacology understanding and experience contributing to clinical development plan.
