The Infrastructure Manager position reports to the Director of Information Technology. The infrastructure Manager is responsible for the maintaining, supporting and securing the infrastructure.
  • Manage, Configure, and Maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Develop and implement system standards, processes, and security that maintain the health of the environment.
  • Act as escalation resource for any related system/infrastructure issues under his/her responsibility providing support to the IT Support when needed. Demonstrate high standards for Employee Support Services
  • Manage network and endpoint monitoring, plan resources for high availability of infrastructure and data.
  • Develop and implement system standards, processes, and security that maintain the health of the environment.
  • Provide support escalation to the IT Support Team
  • Partner with vendor technical resource to ensure technology infrastructure function appropriately. Ensure outages are dealt with quickly and effectively.
  • Establish best practice policy and procedures through the entire technical support process
  • Collaborate with other IT members on cross department project including cybersecurity initiatives,inventory management and user account management.
  • Work with security tools such as Darktrace, AlienVault, Zero Fox
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft MDM & Enterprise Security tools - Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite
  • 3+ years enterprise (500+ users) experience with designing, implementing, supporting MS Windows Server based solutions in a high-traffic, mission-critical environment.
  • Knowledge and Hands on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
  • Clinical industry and our Global infrastructure experience a plus
  • 3 + years enterprise (500+ users) experience with designing, implementing, supporting MS Windows Server based solutions in a high-traffic, mission-critical environment.
  • Knowledge of SSO techniques and integration.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge of network devices (i.e.: routers, firewalls, switches).
  • Strong understanding of mobile device concepts, and at least a solid understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
  • Solid Understanding of Office 365 products including Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams
  • Microsoft MD101 Managing Modern Desktops Certification or Other Microsoft 365 Certifications
  • CISSP/CISM Security Certification
