IMEX deployment lead - for QC Global Big Pharma in Belgium, Flemish region

As a Deployment Lead IMEX you are responsible for the rollout of IMEX (Integrated Manufacturing excellence a lean mfg program) within the Lab operations department.

The following tasks fall under your authority:

• Design, implement and facilitate improvements for the Lab operations processes to organization.
• Cultural coach for various Lab operations stakeholders regarding implementation of IMEX
• Analyse, optimize and digitize data driven performance management processes
• Responsible for visualization of different Lab operations processes and associated tools.
• Implementation of business escalation process within the department
• Optimize and implement structured gemba walks in different Lab operations teams
• Provide feedback on processes and issues to Lab operations stakeholders on a frequent basis
• Improve the productivity of the department by analysing improvements and developing action plans

Location : Belgium - Flemish region -

Rate : up to 600€ per day

Contract : 18 Months + (extendable )

Job profile:

• You have completed a higher scientific education (chemistry, pharmacy, or biological engineering)
• You have experience in Operational Excellence or lab environment
• You are communicative and know how to motivate and inspire your colleagues at different levels
• You are customer-oriented and know how to influence your stakeholders
• You have strong analytical skills: you research and ask questions in the workplace to quickly understand processes better
• You have a critical view and know how to identify / tackle improvements
• You quickly build a network with internal and external parties
• You work efficiently with people from different backgrounds
