The Primary Market Research (PMR) Specialist will design and manage market research programs in several disease areas and functions in the organization to support decision making across the organization.
You will be able to combine information from different sources, mainly market research, to evaluate brands' performance and market trends. You will be confident to recommend solid research methodologies/tools to support the business. You will evaluate the success of marketing initiatives through market research & internal workshops as well as acting as an internal consultant and partner to the business.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support senior members of PMR function in delivery of the strategic, operational and functional objectives
• Coordinate with the Integrated Insights Managers and MSO heads to plan and design market research analyses based on a sound understanding of the research tools, techniques, datasets, and resources available and their use at various stages of the 'product life-cycle'.
• Provide effective guidance and overall planning of studies, including questionnaire, materials, study design & reporting
• Provide alternative proposals, approaches and suggestions for optimization of approach and synergies with other studies executed or planned.
• Implement and execute studies on local, regional & global level

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• BA/BS degree in medicine, sciences, business administration health policy, health economic or other relevant qualification
• Relevant experience acquired at market research agencies or health care consultancy companies
• Superior written composition skills
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and to have a persuasive and credible presentation style

Desirable requirement
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Research
• Knowledge of the disease areas within the Pharma sector
