Product Manager Digital Platforms

Hobson Prior are looking for a Product Manager Digital Platforms to join a rare diseases organisation who are focused on accelerating the development of new orphan drugs.

Job Responsibilities:

Defining digital business and product/service line strategies for our digital products.

Using your previous knowledge and experience to develop respective R&D portfolios and roadmaps.

Manage product and service launches- full life cycle management.

Ensuring state-of-the-art solutions, user interfaces and user experience.

Developing global marketing and go-to-market strategies for your product portfolio.

Monitor consistency/compliance of IT-backbones, Production and Sales/Business Development with what we want to achieve,

Monitor financial performance of your product or service line.

Supporting Sales in individual key account strategies and tender situations.

Represent business ownership in collaboration with Sales.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of the major trends in the market.

Motivated and strategic thinker.

Strong analytical, quantitative and project management skills.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

English language skills (oral and written) are essential, in addition, German skills would be advantageous.

Strong team player who enjoys working and learning in a highly interdisciplinary and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.

PhD or Masters in a relevant scientific or technical field.

Prior experience in oncology, neurological, metabolic or reproductive diseases is preferred.

Proven ability to implement strategies based on technology and market dynamics, economic goals and customer needs.
