At our site in Eye, Suffolk we are looking to recruit a Study Coordinator to join our Toxicology team.

The Study Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities of routine and non-routine toxicology studies and as a Study Coordinator at Covance you will work alongside the Study Directors, providing scientific and administrative support in the conduct, organization and running of multiple Toxicology studies under the supervision of the Study Coordinator Supervisor.

The Study Coordinator:

• Provides scientific and administrative support to the Study Director for assigned toxicology studies from award, through the in-life phase. This involves multiple study set up tasks including protocol development, scheduling and initiation meetings
• Liaises with clients, study monitors, Principal Investigators and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely protocol and amendment development and distribution
• Assists with client visits and internal study meetings, including preparation and logistical planning to ensure smooth progress of the agenda
• Plans and prepares for shipping of study samples to clients and Test Sites including CITES application requests and any other associated shipping documentation, as required per study

Education/Qualifications:

• A science degree is preferable but not essential

Experience:

• Demonstrates excellent communication, time management, interaction and responsiveness skills
• Demonstrates and promotes teamwork
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and consistent accuracy whilst managing multiple changing priorities
