Summary of Role:

The jobholder will work with the New Product Integration Manager to coordinate cross functional activities to ensure the successful launch of products developed in Hangzhou onto Abcam's website. They are responsible for the handover of products, supporting materials and documentation from our research and development teams into Manufacturing to ensure successful product re-make. In addition, they support the integration of new product lines into Abcam's core business functions as well as the integration of product lines from acquired companies.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Support routine new product publication processes to ensure efficient product launch
  • Work with cross functional teams to create abID and raise PO for QC passed products.
  • Provide the support for any issues of template preparation from scientists and PMs
  • Update the NPD release tracker and dashboard. Keep accurate records
  • Support catalogue antibody quality review
  • Work with cross-function team to develop and implement improvement
  • Seek out partnerships and collaborations throughout Abcam to identify or create the best solutions for the project or the team
  • Proactively help the team meet our key performance indicators

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a biological science discipline
  • Coursework or work experience in an academic or industry lab
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Word
  • Demonstrated interest in project management
  • Dedicated, analytical, thoughtful, considerate, thorough and with exceptional attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
  • >2 years of work experience in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, immunohistochemistry, or related fields
  • Previous project management or project coordination experience
