Job Summary:

DOCS has partnered with a highly prestigious organization with one of the most robust pipelines and a proven track record as one of the most liked employers in the pharmaceutical industry in Germany. We are looking for interested and an enthusiastic IDM Manager who want to become a part of this family and add to the success story

Roles & Responsibilities of the position

- Prepare, perform and document site initiation, site monitoring and site close out visits
- Training of unblinded site staff
- Document, address, and escalate unblinded issues; log major and critical issues on
- unblinded site issue tracker
- Assure unblinded documents are properly filed and archived
- Act as liaison between unblinded site staff, SMs and Lead IDMs
- Participate in routine teleconferences with Lead IDM and IDMs
- Assist Lead IDM in the response to site audits and completion and documentation of CAPA

Job Requirements:

- Must demonstrate the ability to solve complex issues.
- 3-5 years of clinical research experience (including site monitoring experience) or equivalent work experience.
- Good interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
- In depth knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory guidelines, EU directive and clinical trial processes.
- Demonstrates flexibility in work environment, results orientated, ability to learn independently and well-organized working style.
- Computer Literacy.
- Significant Safety or Working Considerations: Willingness to travel
