At Roche Diagnostics our Technical Customer Support teams provide technical support across all areas of in-vitro diagnostics disciplines from hospital to community.  We work on all of the Roche product range, from the smallest meter to the largest automated solution. We are a team of highly professional, qualified people, from a combination of laboratory, IT and engineering backgrounds, supporting both the UK & Ireland.

In joining our Technical Customer Support team you will receive a personalised product training plan including twelve months of in-depth advanced training classes. You can also expect a continuous personalised development plan with regular new product introductions.

You will not only have the opportunity to work with innovative products with a high level of quality accreditation, automation and technology enhancement, you will also work on a variety of projects from installation and maintenance to upgrades and product qualification. 

Who you are
You may be a biomedical scientist looking for a change in career direction, or with a particular interest in Lab Information Management Systems.

You may be a field service engineer seeking a role that really matters, or you might have a strong interest in supporting pathology IT solutions. No prior knowledge of the medical device industry is required.
