Inside Sales Manager
Hertfordshire with remote/flexible working options
A small CRO with the unique offering combining Clinical Development, Early Access Programs and Clinical Trials Supplies. Bringing new medicines to patients faster this CRO are passionate about their service offering and continuing to maintain a strong client relationship throughout. You would be joining a global company with a culture and working environment which is distinctly different to many other CROs within the industry.
As a first in post this is fantastic opportunity to bring your experience and aspirations into a company and make it your own. You will be able to influence and shape the role and with success have the possible opportunity to grow the team underneath should workload require. The role is regionally based in the UK.
Primary focus on proactively identifying, assessing and supporting new business opportunity for the clinical development business
Focus on the UK and Europe in identifying new opportunities, contacting clients and establishing company introductory meetings with appropriate company personnel
Cooperate with the Company operational experts, to support and develop expanding client portfolio
Motivated to work independently
Proven success within another Inside Sales role within a CRO setting
Strong written and verbal English skills
A life science degree or equivalent is preferred although not essential
