We are looking for an experienced Bioinformatician to join a biopharmaceutical company where you will work on analysing complex biological datasets from a range of technologies and sample types and contribute to the development antibody sequence analysis software.

Requirements

PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, data science or similar discipline
Experience analysing and interpreting biological or clinical datasets
Experience with transcriptomic and genomic NGS data analysis
Data curation, processing and management
Developing visualisation and analysis tools
Experience discussing and presenting scientific experiments and results
Publications

Technical skills:
R, Python or Perl
Linux and Bash
genetics and immunology knowledge
statistics and data-mining experience
working experience of biological data repositories, e.g. Ensembl and NCBI

Ideally experienced in computer technologies such as Git, Docker, cloud-computing or AWS.
