Head of Market Access - Immunology - Berkshire

They are now seeking a new Head of Market Access, Immunology.

Reporting to the UK Market Access Director and managing a team of 3, you will manage the market access and early access strategies, maximising market access in the UK through the leadership of the overall commercial market access strategy and early brand plan.

As the strategic leader for market access you are the key point responsible for directing, developing and leading a coordinated, high quality, diverse set of early asset and marketing professionals, across the market access matrix.

Key responsibilities include:

*To line manage a team of Asset Managers and MA Marketeers, giving strategic direction and ensuring alignment of approach within the team
*Coordinate teams for all new assets/indications under the designated business unit to evaluate the early global plan
*Have strategic oversight on the development of the early launch plans for the assigned new asset/s and associated indications in the product pipeline
*To engage with all relevant parts of the wider market access division to understand and define the access strategies for pipeline and in-market products

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

*Degree level education or equivalent in Life Science subject.
*Post graduate qualification in Marketing, Business Acumen/MBA (Preferred).
*Proven experience in developing and managing high performing teams in a relevant setting.
*Proven excellence in pharma market access and marketing roles.
*Experience in leading successful product launches and developing early strategic launch plans.
*Deep knowledge of the structure needs and agendas of NHS funding systems, payers and influencers across the UK
