Hobson Prior currently have an opportunity for a Statistical Programming Manager to join a medium-sized Pharmaceutical company on a permanent basis in Lausanne. As the Statistical Programming Manager, you will be accountable for the management of internal resource and oversight of the programming activities that are outsourced to the company's CRO, Consultants and external vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure both the internal and outsourced projects are aligned to meet the outlined timelines, expected quality and compliance expectations.
  • Provide guidance, trainings and strategic advice to the CRO Programming team, working in close collaboration with the CRO's Lead Programmer and the internal Statistics and Data Management groups.
  • Represent the Programming Team to internal cross-functional meetings and in regulatory audits, including responding to audit questions and findings from the regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • MSc Degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related area.
  • A minimum of 6+ years' experience working, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech company.
  • Prior experience in a 'Lead Programmer' role at a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO.
  • Experience in a line management role, preferably managing a small team of Statistical Programmers.
  • Knowledge of CDISC SDTM + ADaM Data Standards.
  • Regulatory Submissions experience would be admirable.
