Hobson Prior is currently working with a gene therapy organisation who are determined to develop possible curative treatments for patients who are living with serious illnesses. This innovative company is seeking a Site/Facilities Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis in Ireland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will manage contracts for site supplies, facilities, security and catering etc, including ordering supplies and monitoring expenditure.
  • Act as the key point of contact for local service provides and suppliers.
  • Manage office support services including; organising and arranging meetings, meeting room management.
  • Work closely with key managers across the UK business - procurement, supply chain, finance, EHS, HR etc.
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Work with the Ireland site management team to support any on-going site projects.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in maintenance/contract management of office and other site machinery.
  • Updating company policy and guidance documents.
  • Ordering stationery and other supplies.
  • Post collection/distribution.
  • Key holder for site building.


  • Excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills.
  • You will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred.
