Country Registrations Manager - BENELUX

I'm currently working with a global player in the Crop Protection sector who has a wide portfolio of both conventional and biological products. Due to a recent reorganisation, they are now looking for a BENELUX Regulatory Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

While some companies have country registrations managers who fill a purely administrative function, this will not be that role. You will be working very closely with EU level regulatory managers on the preparation of dossiers for submission to national authorities. This will include keeping up to date on latest regulatory changes, identifying relevant study information, doing risk assessments and of course communicating with authorities on technical topics. This means you will be working in a role that will keeping things interesting and challenging.

In addition to working with authorities, you will also be working quite heavily with the commercial teams. This will not only be with regards to briefing on product uses and client's requirements from a regulatory perspective, but working in conjunction with the R&D teams and contributing to new product development as this company works very closely with end users. In addition, the company already has a pretty solid portfolio of BioPesticides and BioStimulants with more projects to come that will keep things varied while contributing to the future of farming.

The position will allow the person to join a solid team with some very senior professionals where you can benefit quite a lot of from their experience and knowledge. In addition, this is the kind of company that believes in empowering their employees through career development plans to help each individual reach their professional goals.

So, if you are looking for a challenging role that will help you advance professionally, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role and client is also open to speaking to seniors
  • A solid experience within EU Regulation 1107/2009
  • Experience in registering PPP products within at least one or all BENELUX countries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset would be a bonus
  • Trilingual in English, Dutch and French with the first 2 being mandatory

This position can be Home Based or Office Based in Belgium or the Netherlands.
