Job Details
Our client, an international biotechnology company, is looking for a Statistical Geneticist to join their London based team. This is a rapidly expanding business and one that is looking to lead this function.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan for integrating genetics into early target discovery
- Build and design workflow practices
- Develop and establish analysis pipeline
- Support wider business initiatives and collaborate with external experts
Person Specification
- PhD in statistical genetics, epidemiology or similar discipline
- Relevant industry experience
- A history of designing, implementing and interpreting work flows using genotype - phenotype datasets
- Fluency in python and / or R
- An ability to work independently and within a small and growing organisation
