Time, Tracking & Absence - EMEA Implementation Specialist

James Carrera at Umbilical has partnered with an established Pharmaceutical client to source an experienced Workday Consultant to partner with HR Business Partners to support and deliver technical solutions; Time Tracking & Absence functions in the EMEA.

Accountable for:

Serving as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners and HR COEs in technology solution delivery, to align business requirements, business processes and integration design as well as;

• Drive continuous people, process and technology improvements
• Participate in Workday and other HR system implementations, providing functional oversight, gathering business and security requirements, performing system design, configuration, mapping and validating data conversion, creating test plans, conducting testing, creating and testing reports and providing post implementation support
• Provide support to HR system operations; troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions and implementing changes and fixes in the systems per company s policy
• Develop and maintain HR system training materials and conduct in person or online training
• Participate in testing efforts for Workday releases and system enhancements
• Maintains the confidentiality and security of data accessed during the course of daily activities complying with GDPR
• Support additional special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

You will have solid Workday experience (configurations, security, custom reports), as well as;

• *Demonstrated experience implementing Workday Time & Absence in multiple EMEA countries*
• Providing support to the Core HCM and Absence functions
• Managing Workday Core, Absence Management and Time Tracking developing custom reports and operational support
• Consulting with and presenting to senior HR leaders,
• Detail oriented and analytical skills
