Study Delivery Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for a Study Delivery Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical organisation on a 12-month contract basis with the possible extension to 2 years. You will have local responsibility for the delivery of the studies at allocated sites and is an active participant in the local study teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to contributes to the selection of potential investigators.
• You will train, support and advise Investigators and site staff in study related matters, including Risk Based Quality Management principles.
• In some countries, accountable for study start-up and regulatory maintenance.
• Contributes to National Investigators meetings, as applicable.
• You will proactively identify and ensures timely resolution to study-related issues and escalates them as appropriate.
• Confirms that site staff have completed and documented the required trainings appropriately, including ICH-GCP training, prior to and for the duration of the study.
• Ensures the sites are inspection ready at all times.
• Actively participates in Local Study Team meetings.
• Initiates, monitors and closes study sites in compliance with the organisations Procedural Documents.
• Drives performance at the sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in working on Oncology trials is essential.
• Strong knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP, basic knowledge of GMP/GDP.
• Good understanding of Clinical Study Management including monitoring, study drug handling and data management.
• Basic understanding of the drug development process and good medical knowledge.
• Knowledge of relevant local regulations.
