Title: Quality Administrative Specialist

Location: M4 Corridor, UK

Schedule: Full-time

CROMSOURCE is searching for an experienced Quality Administrative Specialist to join one of our partner companies - a leading international biopharma along the M4 Corridor in the United Kingdom.

This opportunity is open to freelance applicants and the successful candidate will be working on studies dedicated to one client. As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts.

TalentSource is the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions. Through us, you will have the opportunity to be integrated into a sponsor-led team, whilst having continuous support from your TalentSource Line Manager.

Key accountabilities:
  • Distribute and provisional review of Study Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for audit by the team, using Veeva, TrackWise and Excel
  • Draft QA Statements
  • Format Audit Reports prior to distribution
  • Update and Quality Control review of spreadsheets
  • Preparation and coordination of GLP, GRP, GCP Lab Refresher training meetings
  • Collate, track and analysis of metrics
  • Assist with entry for audits
  • Track CAPA and follow-up within the database as required. May follow up with the internal CAPA owners.
  • Enter expenses
  • Schedule key meetings with stakeholders
  • Schedule travel as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion concerning matters pertinent to the team
  • Support on boarding and training of new staff
  • Perform any other duties as requested to help support the team activities


Experience, Skills, Knowledge
  • Educated to A Levels
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sector.
  • Digitally-competent and confident in using databases and web-based software (e.g. TrackWise, Veeva Vault), and enjoys working with databases
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extremely organised, able to work on tasks with conflicting priorities and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and solution orientated.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure effective and timely output in an independent way and with final responsibility.
  • Function as a team player
  • Able to support multiple individuals with varying operational styles; co-operate with a view on relationship building
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with business partner(s)
  • Able to motivate self and others
