Regulatory Information Manager – 12 month contract

The opportunity to work with an international pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical company based in Sweden has become available. My client is looking for a freelance Regulatory Information Manager to join their Regulatory Operations team on a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the end-to-end tracking and documentation - including set-up, follow up and documentation of regulatory submissions and approval information
• Understanding Health Authority legislation interpretation as well as the regulatory requirements regarding licenses and clinical trials aspects of tracking and life-cycle management
• Project management
• Building supplier relationships
• Monitoring Service Level Agreements

Suitable candidates must have:

• At least 1 year hands on experience with tracking of regulatory information
• Life science/technical degree
• Global expertise with tracking of regulatory submissions and approvals
• Ability to use project management principles and techniques

Desirable skills:

• Experience of system administration for validated applications within a regulated environment
• Experience in publishing and tracking applications
