A leading medical technology company is advertising a vacancy for a Sales Representative Neuro + Spine position. The organisation offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that improve patient and hospital outcomes. Based in Germany, this vacancy is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is dedicated to improving the healthcare field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking over the sales activities for the company's capital goods neuro, spine, and ENT or for implant systems for oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • Implementing marketing and sales strategies in cooperation with management and negotiating with doctors, clinic administrations, and purchasing departments.
  • Training and advising doctors and surgical staff on products in workshops and directly during use in the operating room.
  • Remaining a reliable partner for customers post-sale to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop new strategies and measures to improve the company's market presence.
  • Providing expertise during internal meetings to analyse the market situation.
  • Expanding your knowledge and skills for customer contact and contract negotiations.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Sales experience from medical technology or other industries is ideal, but training is available for newcomers.
  • Experience as an OTA, OP director, in commercial professions or studies in the field of industrial engineering, medical technology, health management, or business administration are an advantage, but not a must.
  • A valid car driving licence of class B and willingness to travel in your sales area.
  • Fluency in German and good English.
  • Travel activity can be up to 80% with your company car in the sales area, sometimes also with external overnight stays.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
