Summary

Overall you will be a key member of the team by providing expertise to ensure the success of the department. You will be required to work closely with the project team on the site and with vendors and partners with responsibility for delivery of systems and related documentation. 

Role/ Description

Responsibilities:

• Participate in, and support, relevant project meetings.
• Liaise with the various stakeholders on the overall project to ensure clear communication between all parties in relation to document management.
• Develop / use appropriate and secure systems for the transmission of documents from and to suppliers such as trade partners, design consultants, system integrators etc.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical industry
• Qualification in Science or related discipline preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and coach more junior members
• Strong communication, organization and presentation skills
