UX Architect - Contract

huumun is a rapidly expanding, buzzy, entrepreneurial business. We deliver fully managed multichannel digital programmes to the global life sciences sector, with an installed base spanning over 60 countries. We help major players like GlaxoSmithKline and Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as smaller specialist companies, use digital to deliver competitive advantage.

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced UX Architect on a contract basis to join our team!

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct generative and evaluative user research using appropriate methodologies
  • Generate insights and documentation analysing context of use
  • Analyse and interpret quantitative clickstream data from current systems
  • Read into and analyse client briefs
  • Facilitate dialogue around user needs and business requirements
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to document and prioritize user needs
  • Ensure project constraints that impact design are understood and captured e.g. technical, organizational, regulatory
  • Produce UX design deliverables as required by project: use scenarios, information architecture, task models, application flows, wireframes, prototypes
  • Actively contribute to projects with feature ideas
  • Liaise closely with project teams to ensure your vision is realized through to deployment

Qualifications and Experience Applicable to this Role:

Required:
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience in client-facing UX role, preferably within an agency environment
  • Academic qualification or training in a UX-related discipline
  • A working knowledge of user-centred design process and full software development lifecycle
  • Proven research and evaluation experience using a range of tools and methodologies
  • Digital portfolio that displays an understanding of mobile and responsive design
  • Strong working knowledge of Axure RP Pro and preferably a wider range of prototyping and tools
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Presenting to external stakeholders

Desirable:
  • Familiar with front-end technologies
  • Knowledge of pharma / digital health space
