Accountable for:

• Reporting to the Manager of Medical Writing Services for the EMEA region.
• Create and edit all documents associated with Clinical Research.
• Obtain background information from literature searches and reviews for the development of documents.
• Main point of contact with clients related to medical writing projects and leading project team meetings.
• Assist with training and mentoring of new staff and junior colleagues.
• Review SAPs and mock outputs to determine if the content/formate of clinical writing is appropriate.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Degree related to Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
• Experience within a CRO (ideally) as a Medical Writer of Clinical and Regulatory documents.
• Mentoring or leading experience of other Medical Writers (not line management).
• Able to effectively manage several projects at any one time.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a wide range of stakeholders.
