Job Details
Hobson Prior are looking for a Local Advertising and Promotion Consultant to work remotely for a global pharmaceutical organisation who are driven to help improve and prolong life. This position will ensure pharmaceutical products meet regulatory requirements for compliant promotion, communication, and distribution of scientific information to health care providers in Germany.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review of communications that are product-specific or promotional.
- Consulting for an efficient review process.
- Consulting Material Owners involved in the creation of promotional materials and Reviewers (Medical, Legal) by providing adequate training on content review and adherence to the SOP, relevant Policy and specific national requirements.
- Consulting on Local regulatory laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as the compliance environment as it relates to advertising and promotion of pharmaceuticals to assure scientific regulatory expertise in the preparation, review, and approval of promotional materials for the German affiliate.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of German Promotional Material regulation is essential.
