What we are looking for

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Communications, you will join a thriving business to support corporate strategy work across Vectura Group. Your excellent analytical skills will support key decision-making linked to corporate development, strategy deployment and business analytics.

Working across a flat structure, you'll be able to influence key senior stakeholders, across multiple functions, up to Executive Leadership level. You’ll be integral to leading strategy development, delivering revenue projections that feed into the consolidated long-term business plan and annual forecasting process

You'll have a proactive role in generating new ideas and opportunities through in-depth market research and business intelligence. While also advising Vectura's Business Development team assessing the commercial potential of new CDMO customer opportunities.

What you need

To be considered for the post of Director – Corporate Strategy & Analysis, you’ll be degree-educated and have demonstrable record of accomplishment in commercial strategy, market research, business intelligence, strategic planning, forecasting or consulting. 

You'll have proven pharmaceutical and or healthcare experience and be able to demonstrate excellent business acumen and good knowledge of financial principles including (but not limited to) NPV, risk, returns, cost and capital. 

Using your excellent analytical skills, you’ll have proven capability in interpreting numbers and data, creating knowledge and information in support of key business decisions. Your first-class communication skills will enable you to influence up to Executive level.
