Job Details
On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Engagement Specialist.
Purpose: Lead and develop strategic means of Digital Engagement
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Enablement your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Work within/across squads delivering digital solutions for strategic objectives
- Build bridges between digital and traditional mediums, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Adept in Content Marketing
- Manage company website
- Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
- Develop and oversee testing protocols and procedures
- Embrace agile working principles – including driving iterations in collaboration with squads
- Act as Coach with a mentor-level of expertise in aspect(s) of role
- Take personal responsibility for maintaining high ethical standards and operating in compliance with local and global company policies, the company Group Code of Conduct,
Quality Management System and the IPHA Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical industry
Person/Skills Profile:
- Proven track record of delivering on a Digital Marketing Strategy
- 3 plus years’ digital/technical experience
- Familiarity with CX and UX techniques
- Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML and CSS
- Solid understanding of e-commerce, PPC, SEO & SEM
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Demonstrates company Core Values
- Business and/IT qualification to degree level
- Ability to work in Agile environment
