Our International pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Global Project Senior Coordinator to co-ordinate key activities, ensure actions and deliverables are executed and delivered.


Main duties and responsibilities:
* Schedule meetings and load materials for monthly meetings
* Maintain membership lists and meeting agendas
* Serve as a time keeper during the meetings
* Create "Actions and Decisions" list from each meeting, post it, and follow up with all action items owners to ensure successful completion of actions
* Schedule F2F meetings at key congresses and coordinate logistics for participants
* Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
* Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
* Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.
* Co-ordination of annual Brand Planning process


Skills & Experience required:

* Proven experience in project coordination
* Excellent external and internal communication skills with proven ability to work in cross functional/matrix teams amongst a wide range of cultures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
* Developing and Tracking Budgets
* Pharmaceutical company experience preferred but not essential
* Web content management experience
* Good attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
* Able to prioritise and able to manage a diverse number of projects and tasks
* Possess a strong sense of responsibility and meeting strict deadlines
* Able to form strong cross-functional relationships
