Consumer Marketing Specialist - Freelance - Denmark- Top Pharma

i-Pharm Consulting are seeking a Consumer Marketing Specialist to join a global top 5 Pharmaceutical company. You will be using your previous consumer marketing knowledge to help expand and grow the business in the listed countries. My client is seeking an experienced consumer marketing specialist, they are looking for someone who has the experience and local marketing knowledge in order to market their new product. Ideally suited for someone with 5+ years marketing experience within an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), pharmaceutical company, Food, Fashion, Retail, etc.

The role has been created to fill a need in the company due to the development of a new vaccine which needs to be marketed to the consumer. The client is not looking for Life Science experience, they have a large marketing unit, but they do not currently have the capacity or capability to effectively meet the needs in marketing this new product which is why the position has been created.

The ideal candidate will have strong and diverse consumer market knowledge with the capacity and insights into the market which will allow you to share the tools, techniques and marketing channels that you have had proven success using in order to strengthen and expand the marketing team. You will also be a part of a global network of marketing specialists where the intention to share, learn and collaborate with the other marketing teams from different regions from all around the globe.

Requirements

• Consumer marketing knowledge and experience (regional/global experience is a plus) with 5+ years of experience in a consumer driven industry
• Experience in two different products required as a minimum and field experience in more than one company
• A mindset of creative problem solving and proactively proposing new approaches to better meet both customer and internal stakeholder needs.
• Ability to read data, measure impact and use insights to define ways to reach consumers and change behaviours.
• An understanding of digital marketing, event marketing, pricing and product launch with proven success in executing on consumer marketing tactics taking ownership and accountability,
• Thrive in an autonomous environment/ ability to operate with minimal guidance
• Drive collaboration and communication across the organization by regularly sharing information, best practices, objectives, and expectations
• Must speak English and Local Language
